Equitable Compensation
Equitable Compensation is the minimum base compensation that is to be provided to full-time pastors serving churches in the Dakotas Conference. According to the Book of Discipline, the Conference is ultimately responsible that all full-time pastors are receive the minimum compensation.
Below is a link to the Dakotas Conference's current Equitable Compensation policy as well as forms for those churches/charges that need to apply for assistance in paying minimum compensation:
