Set-up on Wednesday, June 8th between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm; Take-down on Friday, June 10th after 2:45 PM. All items must be removed on Friday. We DO NOT have access to the display area on Saturday. Contact Diane Weller if you have any questions.
As a reminder, selling of items or solicitation of donations is not permitted at Annual Conference including in the Display Area, except by Cokesbury, the retail arm of the UM Publishing House.
Display space includes one 8' covered/skirted table. Please bring your own extension cord or power strip as the Convention Center charges $35 and $10 respectively for use of these items. Chairs will be available.The cost for an additional table is $70.
