Higher Ground Assessment of Monthly Sessions

We are seeking your feedback around each of the monthly sessions you have experienced as part of Higher Ground. We are exploring ways to improve both content and the delivery methods. Please complete the survey providing a rating and offering the Plus/Delta - what was most helpful and what needs changing- for each session. At our pre-conference gathering on June 7, we will spend a short time with the Higher Ground leaders reviewing the results and asking for further comments. Your honest, forthright input is needed. As we know virtual connection can be challenging, we are thinking about offering the upcoming cohort (2023-24) a chance to meet in person once or twice during the nine months thus reducing the number of online sessions.

 Please comment on whether you would have been open to gathering in person once or twice during the 9-month period. What would have been the "plusses" in doing so? What would have been the obstacles/barriers in doing so? What other suggestions do you have that would make the commitment to this process easier or more helpful for you? *
