Gifts to this endowment help build and strengthen churches in the following ways:

New Church Starts - this is one of the key ways we connect new people of all ages to the body of Jesus Christ.  Salem Unite is a church that has received financial support from the Congregational Development Endowment.

Missional Church Consultation Initiative (MCCI) - selected churches go through this process to strengthen their ministries and jumpstart a new life cycle of fruitfulness.

Journey Renewal -  similar to the MCCI process but designed for smaller congregations. 

Breakthrough Prayer - training to equip participants to lead Breakthrough Prayer in their local churches.
