One in five young adults lives with a mental health condition and even before the pandemic, college students were reporting loneliness at increasing rates. Under the stress of 2020, this population is now preparing to start a fall semester like no other. Using The Awakened Life, you can unite faith, practice and science to help your students.

The Awakened Life is an eight-week guide to student well-being that helps practitioners build resilience, find joy and better connect with the world around them. GBHEM is offering a special, half-price training series for Awakened Life leaders starting Sept. 15.
