Deborah Ann Meier, 76, of Middleburg, Florida, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2026, at her home with her husband, Mark, by her side. Rev. Mark Meier is a retired elder of the Dakotas Conference.

Deborah served alongside Mark in ministry at Crystal/ Hensal/ Hoople; Rugby/ Bantry/ Pleasant Lake; Jamestown
First; Fargo Faith; Mandan Good Shepherd ELCA; and in extension ministry as Chaplain at the North Dakota State Penitentiary, and later with the WellSpring Counseling Group, Denver, CO.
