Deborah "Deb" Mack, age 77, of Britton, South Dakota, died May 12, 2026, at the Marshall County Healthcare Center Avera in Britton. Rev. Mack was a retired elder of the Dakotas Conference.
Pastor Deb served the Dakotas Conference of the United Methodist Church in Garretson, Alexandria, Fulton, Yankton, Gayville-Volin, Selby, and Mobridge, South Dakota. While serving at Selby/Mobridge, Deb reconnected with a former teaching colleague from Britton High School, Norm Mack, and the two were married in August of 2004. Together, Pastor Deb and Norm served Rapid City South Maple United Methodist Church, Tulare United Church, and Britton UMC, all in South Dakota, before retiring in 2011.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at First Presbyterian Church in Britton, SD with Reverend Greg Kroger officiating.
