Pastor Eugene Moeller, age 71, passed away on Thursday, January 22nd, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. Eugene and his wife, Marilyn, served as a pastors in the Dakotas Conference from 2008 - 2017 before moving to Missouri.

Eugene farmed for many years near Huron before answering the call to pastoral ministry. He and Marilyn served churches in Arlington, Lake Preston, Webster, Bristol, and Florence in South Dakota and Mohall, Sherwood, and Bowbells in North Dakota.

A visitation will be held from 4:30 pm -7:30 pm with a 6:30 pm time of Prayer and Sharing at Martin Funeral Home, 510 E. Main St., Warrenton, MO 63383. A 10:00 am Funeral Service will be held at Central Grove United Methodist Church, 35569 State Hwy A, Warrenton, MO 63383.
 
Memorial donations will go toward Agape (agapemo.org), a food pantry, and job and housing assistance organization for residents of Warren County, MO.
