Rev. Ron Olson, Bowman United Methodist Church, wife Michelle and daughter Maija were seriously injured in a car accident on December 20, 2013.  The family continues to heal in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  They recently were able to gather and enjoy time together watching the Superbowl.

February 4th Ron had to undergo surgery to insert a fibula rod, and add some ankle pins.  After a few days of heavily needed pain medication he returned to Capital View Rehabilitation Center to continue recovery.

Ron posted in a journal entry on the Caring Bridge page, "You know, I was rooting for the Denver Broncos on Sunday.  That didn't turn out so good!  Because of my rash bets, I'm owing a dinner out to my son and a couple of TV movies to my daughter.  But our own team of supporters and prayers and givers is way above and beyond any pro football team...not even in the same league.  Thanks!"
