To help us better understand the challenges associated with moving to a different geographical location due to a new appointment, please take a few minutes to respond to the questions below. The intent is to learn from you with the hope of improving future experiences.

 If parsonage, how would you describe the condition of the parsonage upon moving in?        

What moving service did you use to assist with your relocation?

What services did the company provide?

 Describe your experience with the moving service to pack/load and move your goods and belongings to your new location.        

 Describe your experience with the moving service to unload and move in your goods and belongings into your new home.        

Were other family members and/or pets relocated with you?

 Describe the impact of relocation on your family and pets. Include challenges and joys.        

How did your sending church support you and your family with your relocation?

 How did your receiving church support you and your family with your move-in and arrival?        

 What have been the financial implications associated with your relocation? In other words, how much of your personal funds did you contribute to your relocation and what were the expenses for?        

 How many weeks did you have off to relocate between appointments? Comment on whether time between appointments was sufficient.        

In what ways could the Conference improve your relocation experience?
