Four Pre-Conference Gathering sessions were held virtually via Zoom Webinar. These gatherings informed delegates about how the voting will take place, the 2022 budget proposal, the nominations report, the consent calendar and any other items in the Conference Workbook. This was an opportunity to discuss the legislation that will be acted upon during the conference. It was also a chance to test out the technology and receive assistance with your technology. There will be little time during the actual session for discussion about these issues. It is key that participants take this time to get their questions answered.
The Pre-conference Gatherings were held on Thursday, May 20, Saturday, May 22, Sunday, May 23, and Wednesday, May 26.
