Members of the 22nd session of the Dakotas Annual Conference elected delegates to the 2016 General Conference and the 2016 North Central Jurisdictional Conference.  The 2016 budget of $4,365, 000 was also approved.

One lay and one clergy delegate and alternates were elected delegates from the Dakotas Annual Conference to the 2016 General Conference to be held May 10-20, 2016 in Tampa, Florida.  Jodi Cataldo was elected as the lay delegate and Matthew Bader was elected as the alternate lay delegate.  Rev. Rebecca Trefz was elected as the clergy delegate and Rev. Roger Spahr was elected as the alternate clergy delegate.

The 2016 North Central Jurisdictional Conference will be held July 13-16, 2016 in Peoria, Illinois.  Lay delegates will be Jodi Cataldo and Matthew Bader.  Alternate lay delegates will be Emma McKirdy, Marilyn Stroh and Marshall Lovrien.  Clergy delegates will be Rev. Rebecca Trefz and Rev. Roger Spahr.  Alternate clergy delegates will be Rev. Karl Kroger, Rev. Kermit Culver and Rev. Randy Cross.

The members to the session also approved the 2016 budget of $4,365, 000 a $107,000 increase over the 2015 budget.  Budget highlights include an increase in emphasis on congregational development and developing missional leaders.  The 2016 budget also reflects a slight increase in support services.
