2024 Clergy-Church Annual Assessment

Thank you for taking the time to partner as a staff / pastor parish relations committee and pastor to reflect on ministry in your setting in the past year and look ahead to how you might continue to grow individually and collectively as leaders of your congregation(s). We understand that this is a unique time to be assessing ministry. Yet it is also an opportune time to turn our hearts toward discerning how God has and is working to prune, refine, challenge and strengthen your ministry and leadership gifts.
