The Dakotas Conference Cabinet is inviting all clergy for the Clergy Epiphany Gathering on January 5-7, 2025 in Aberdeen, SD.  The event will kick off with worship on Sunday evening at 7pm CT and end by noon CT on Tuesday.

Hotel block name:  Dakotas UMC (cut off date is Dec. 15, 2024 at 6pm CT), $109/ room or $129/ suite. The Dakotas Event Center is connected to the Hampton Inn and the Holiday Inn Express via interior walkways.
• Registration fee: $60 (includes lunch, snack breaks and banquet on Monday)

 The Epiphany Gathering begins on Sunday, January 5 at 7pm at Aberdeen North Highland. Bishop Lanette will preach, and there will be fellowship with treats after worship.

  • 8:30AM-Registration at Dakota Event Center Lobby 
  • 9AM – Worship
  • 10-11:30AM  – Teaching/small groups 
  • 12PM – catered lunch 
  • 2PM-5PM  Teaching/small groups/breaks
  • 6:15PM Trivia Banquet/White Elephant Gifts 
  • 8:00PM(ish) Fellowship Time...anyone interested is invited to visit/play games

  • 10:30AM Closing Worship
