Clergy and Laity of the Dakotas Conference are invited to the fall leadership event. It will take place on Friday, September 20 and Saturday, September 21 on the campus of Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, South Dakota.
This discovery process will prepare new church planters or those exploring starting a new service or new site with the skills, behaviors, and tools of church planting.

Walk to Emmaus, is a 72-hour experience starting Thursday evening at 7:00 pm and ending around 7:00 pm on Sunday. Participants are asked to separate themselves from their daily activities for this time period. There is no “physical walking distance”, but rather a “walk” with others in fellowship, learning and fun.

The next Dakotas Walks to Emmaus will be at Storm Mountain. The men's weekend will be Oct. 3-6, and the women's weekend will be Oct. 10-13, 2019. This is the opportunity for all those in ministry who are too busy in the spring of the year to go on the walks.
